TeamCacheventures first Multi-Cache in
Frankton, Queenstown!
Monday 18/10/21: Hint and coordinates for final have been updated to a much more accurate location. Please refer to hint about the final BEFORE contacting TeamCacheventures. Good luck!
Can't find the final of the cache? Many cachers have struggled, so we have put together a help guide to assist you in finding it. Just tap HERE and type in the coordinates that WP1 gave you for the final (just so you don't cheat and head straight for it )
Enjoy coming to Frankton, Queenstown and looking for another geocache - A Multi (In fact, I believe it’s Franktons first Multi..)
This 2-Stage Multi Will Show you to both the bridges -- new and old, and you will also hopefully discover why this cache is called ‘Open Gate’.
At stage one, you are looking for a small cache that will contain the coordinate numbers to the FINAL geocache container. You do not have to sign your username here.
At stage two / final, you are looking for another small container to do with a gate opener. This is where you sign your username.
Please note that the roughly 12 metal structures found along the bridge are formerly used to open the gate that used to be on this bridge.
If you can’t find the geocache please message/email through so we can help you out. We wish you the best of luck.
Hope you enjoy a very beautiful sight in Queenstown when you are Caching!
