Oh the woes of the hapless Black Bart, the pirate of Black Lake. He set sail with the HMS Calamity with stars in his eyes. Because of his lack of detail, bad luck, and overall unawareness he has managed to not only not capture any loot, but has lost the loot he has collected. He also lost many parts of his ship, and is on the wrong lake. Help Black Bart recapture his missing belongings so he can sail on to Black Lake, where the real loot waits.
This series was placed by many area geocachers working together, so there is no final puzzle. They all have a twist… gadget caches, secret compartments, and other devious means keep you from signing the log. Enjoy as many as you like, no pressure to find them all. They are all located within Clear Lake State Park with Managers permission, and under proper permit.
Black Bart kept a powder magazine, as it was important to keep the black powder for his cannon dry during storms. Of course he left the box next to the cannon by the edge of the deck and it fell off. Find his powder magazine so he can regain his defenses.
