The Friends of Scouting is a branch of the Scout Association of Hong Kong that provide services to the community such as child and youth service, school social work service, community social work service, counseling, education, etc.
The School Social Work Service Centre is located on the platform garden of Shui Pin Wai Estate in Yuen Long, which provide School Social Work Servic to ten schools within Yuen Long & Tuen Mun District.
