Welcome to Dumbarton, VA! Dumbarton is one of 13 Census Designated Places in Henrico County. It's only 2 square miles, but it gained quite a bit of notoriety a year or two ago when the sign at the front of this shopping center made it onto reddit calling out the sign as being little more than dumb art on a square. They've since renamed the shopping center and replaced the sign, but locals here remember it well! So yes, Dumbarton Avenue is about a mile south of here, but the whole area is known as Dumbarton.
As to the cache, it's a normal lock and lock, and don't let the boulder field give you PTSD on some of the area's hardest caches. This one is pretty straightforward and can be reached without your feet ever leaving the blacktop. Stealth may be necessary during certain parts of the day because this parking lot can get crowded.
Original contents feature a couple of old church keys I don't need or use, as well as a pretty unique keychain that I've had for decades but never figured out what to do with. Giving it away in a geocache seems perfect!
Oh, and there's some pretty dumb art on the cache, as well. It's my first attempt at using a stencil, and it turned out, well, dumb.
