Geocache Description:

An Odd Couple 78

Upton Scudamore

The Odd Couple series is where a geocache is placed in close proximity to a regular BT phone box and a red post box that are in close proximity.

Logging Etiquette: Geocache hiders sometimes go through a great deal of planning to place their caches. As a result, they'd like to hear your feedback on whether you liked or disliked any aspect of the hide, the journey or location, or if you feel that some cache maintenance is required. Single word, acronym, or "copy and paste" logs may be easier when you have a lot of caches to log, but it doesn't tell the hider or other finders anything about your adventure (or lack thereof) in finding the cache. Please keep this in mind when entering your log.

In April 2018 I found An Odd Couple #64 - Colaton Raleigh and I loved the idea for the series, so after a while of searching I have found the perfect location to place my own, located outside the Angel inn restaurant there is the phone box with a post box next to it and a picnic bench which could be a place to sit and sign the log, or have a picnic.

Accessibility

Just to confirm, yes, this cache is definetly wheelchair acsessable. The ground is tarmac at the cache, as well as to and from the cache. The cache can be found with ease by a wheelchair user without any assistance.

If anybody would like to place 'An Odd Couple' of their own please do. I would just ask that you first visit www.afinepair.co.uk/indexoc.php to request a number and avoid any duplication.
