Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a series of caches on the Great Florida Birding Trail for my GIrl Scout Gold Award project. The purpose is to teach peaople about the birds native to the area so they can learn more about the birds and how to protect them and their environment.

This cache is located at Erna Nixon park, located at 1200 Evans Rd, Melbourne, FL 32904, and it closes at about 5 pm, or sunset. Erna Nixon is wheelchair friendly, and the trail is mostly made of hard-packed dirt and boardwalk, remember not to leave the trail!
