Stop me if you've heard this one. Traditional Cache

This cache is a quick park and grab.  I wanted this cache in a public, easily accesible place and not to hard to find.  If you've gone caching more than twice then this hide won't be hard.  I want people to find it because I think everybody can use a good laugh.
