Geocache Description:


Perched up high in George Anderson park. Nearby you will find a set of memorial gates in honor of Flight Lt. George Anderson, an Australian airman who died whilst serving in the R.A.A.F in 1945. The land for this park was donated by his parents Mr & Mrs W J. Anderson in 1946, dedicated to his memory and his companions who served. It is also the site of Dalby's Delicious and Delightful festival held annually each August.
