Geocache Description:

The cache was placed as part of the 10th Annual Hills Geocaching Event.

Rouse Hill Town Centre opened in March 2008 featuring a series of plaques outlining how the centre had reduced it's ecological footprint through design, construction and operations while still providing an engaging, safe and fun environment for both current and future members of the community. Known as the Healthy Town Walk, the original first plaque / start of the walk can be found outside the Information Centre, located halfway down the lane between the posted coordinates and the Food Court (image of this first plaque can be found in the cache gallery).

Sadly, many of these plaques have been removed and only around half of the original set remain today.

To locate the cache you must find the plaques at the listed waypoints and gather information from each: either count the number of letters in the missing word OR substitute numbers found on the plaque. GPS signal will likely be poor throughout the centre so refer to the hints if you have trouble finding the plaques.

Final:

The cache can be found at S 33° 41.(E+F)DA' E 150° 55.JK(G-B)' [Check your solution].

The container is small but should have room for a few swaps & trackables. Due to structural changes at the final coordinates in May 2025, the container is now a silver bison tube (with room for log scroll only) attached to the wire grid fencing beside GZ. Bring your own pen and be sure to re-hide the cache properly after signing the log to keep it safe!
