PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON FRYELANDS BOULEVARD - IT IS UNLAWFUL AND DANGEROUS! I have provided parking coordinates for you as a waypoint. I strive to create and hide well thought out caches for the Geocaching Community to find and treasure.
LAKE TYE PARK
Lake Tye Park is name after the lake it's located on. Lake Tye is a storm water retention pond in Monroe, WA. There is parking which I provided the waypoints for. A paved 1.5 mile loop encircles the lake. Walkers, runners, rollerbladers, bicyclists, etc regularly enjoy the view. *NOTE* This is a handicap accessible cache. Please take a moment to admire the art piece at the GZ.
To continue with my naming convention, the title of this cache and all my caches, is a song title: Riders On The Storm by The Doors. It is a psychedelic rock song which compliments this artwork. I loved the song the first time I heard it, because the Doors incorporated recordings of rain and thunder.
STORM PATTERNS
The cache itself isn't extraordinary, but it's a cache-worthy location. Due to the high level of Muggle traffic, please use stealth when retrieving the cache. Please bring your own writing stick as the cache isn't big enough to hold anything but the logbook. Once done, please replace the cache exactly where you found it for the next adventurer.
Oh, and as always, be sure to use your geo-manners out there.

PS - lyrics below if you're unfamiliar with the song.
"Riders On The Storm"
Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm
Into this house we're born
Into this world we're thrown
Like a dog without a bone
An actor out on loan
Riders on the storm
There's a killer on the road
His brain is squirmin' like a toad
Take a long holiday
Let your children play
If you give this man a ride
Sweet family will die Killer on the road, yeah
Girl, you gotta love your man
Girl, you gotta love your man
Take him by the hand
Make him understand
The world on you depends
Our life will never end
Gotta love your man, yeah
Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm
Into this house we're born
Into this world we're thrown
Like a dog without a bone
An actor out on loan.
Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm
