Place: Credit Union Place, Summerside, PEI

Purpose: Social Fun

Come out and help me celebrate my 13th Anniversary of Geocaching. First find was 27 February 2006 in minus 20°C -- Foundations of the Past "The Umlah Farm" (GC9E09), placed 20 October 2002 and still active over 16 years later! Immediately "hooked", I joined Groundspeak a week later on 6 March 2006.

How are we going to celebrate this anniversary event?
Come out for an evening of 10-pin bowling fun. Have you got the balls? -- We've got the pins! No experience necessary. Don't want to bowl? -- come out anyway and cheer on your favorite cacher (me), and see who's going to walk away with the "Geo-Balls Prize".

No food, beverage or bowling purchase is required and all cachers are welcome to attend.

Note: The past 6 years I've celebrated this anniversary event in Mexico with hot senoritas & cold margaritas, cheap tequila & 30ºC temps, but this year I told Rootie, "NO way, Jose, I ain't spending winter in no Southern paradise. I'm a gonna freeze my arse off, shovelling snow & drinking over-priced beer on the Island with my buddies!"

Translation: "Oh Crap! What do you mean we can't go away!!! Crap! Might as well put on an event, at least we'll get a smiley out of it, but no tan!"
