You are seeking a large camod container. Access is best along the (new) central nature trail (old campground road), but this location can also be accessed from the old river-side nature trail. Please be aware that that trail is prone to flooding and may be closed at times to protect the ecosystem.
Please also be aware that there are wild hogs, deer, snakes, and other forest critters that may be out and about. Bug spray and water are your friends any time you are hiking even shorter trails like this approximately one mile loop.
All caches are placed to be generally "kid-friendly" and accessible by most people during Park hours. This park can be surprisingly busy, and often restricts admittance early in the day. Midweek is the best time to come to avoid crowds or restricted access.
