The geocache is located on a small un-named island on Bentshoe Lake. I was camping on Bentshoe Lake for a week with my family and thought that the island would be a great location for a geocache. There was a family of loons on Bentshoe Lake during our stay on the lake. Two adults and their two babies. It was very interesting to watch the family of loons and how the parents are teaching their young how to find food.
I created a YouTube video of hiding this cache and asked viewers to name the geocache. The most popular choice was Looney Island Cache and Loon Island Cache, so I've chosen Sir- Drumalot's suggestion of Looney Island Cache.
