**Cache is NOT located at posted coordinates!**
We wanted to offer a “V” locally, and when we searched for name ideas, this irresistible pun tumbled out. However, the namesake dystopian graphic novel / movie isn’t our style, and we know very little about it, so don’t bother looking for some deeper connection to this cache. (Nor are we in any way connected to a particular decentralized international hacktivist group which utilizes imagery from the movie.) The actual puzzle is more an exercise in ‘taxonomy’ than a mathematical challenge.
Below is a Venn diagram representing the relationships between three groups, or "sets" of things ("elements"). Elements within a set share a particular defining characteristic. Elements within overlapping areas or "intersections" between sets must have the defining characteristics of all those overlapping sets.
Each of the three oval sets and three of the four intersections between the sets are labeled with bold letters corresponding to the missing digits in the coordinates for the physical cache. The unlabeled fourth intersection does not supply a digit of the coordinates. Its two elements have already been filled in for you. Additionally, four other elements have each been placed in their respective set to help you define the categories involved.
Your job is to correctly categorize each of the remaining elements from the provided list into its correct set or intersection. The sum of elements within each labeled section of the Venn diagram corresponds to that missing digit in the coordinates.
