Geocache Description:

TrailPGH, REI, and Allegheny County Parks have setup 9 workdays this summer and fall to take place at each of the 9 county parks to do various amounts of trail maintenance. On Saturday, November 10th from 9 AM to 12 Noon, its time to share some trail love in Round Hill Park. This will be the 9th and final work day. We will be meeting at the Harmony House Shelter. We will be doing the following in the park: clearing brush away from the trails, widening trails, and replacing treed on the trails where its need. We will also be taking care of some water management along the trails by doing some rock culvert work. Tools and gloves will be provided onsite. It doesn't matter what your skill level is, as instructions on how to use the tools and what you will be doing will also be provided by the Allegheny County Park Rangers. You should plan on wearing sturdy boots and probably long pants. A light breakfast will be provided with coffee and pastries and a pizza lunch at the end of the work day.
