Geocache Description:

Simple park and grab or walk by close to the surge building. It's a small pencil lead capsule with a piece of paper in there to sign. There’s a piece of duct tape around it. Must bring your own writing utensil to sign the log. It's available at all times, however the area can be crowded at certain times during the day. Good luck!
