Cache In Trash Out is an ongoing environmental initiative supported by the worldwide geocaching community. Since 2002, geocachers have been dedicated to cleaning up parks and other cache-friendly places around the world. Through these volunteer efforts, we help preserve the natural beauty of our outdoor resources.
This is our chance to make a small difference to one of our local beaches.
This CITO is from 10.00 am - 11:00 am on Sunday September 16 and will last for 1 hour
Please arrive promptly, so everyone can get organized and I can give out instructions for the CITO. Any amount of time you are able to help is greatly appreciated.
For those that can't make this event, there is a second event on the 23rd. GC7X1AR Illawong Beachcombing CITO 2018 We will be walking along the shoreline of Harbour Beach picking up garbage. Please dress to get dirty! Work gloves (if you have a pair), long pants, and boots are a must sun screen and a hat and appropriate shirt. Rain gear depending on weather.
We will supply garbage bags.
