Geocache Description:

D.C. has a street named for each of the 50 states, plus Puerto Rico. As dedicated D.C. geocachers, we have made it our mission to hide a geocache on each of these streets.

According to wikipedia, Idaho Ave. marks the western boundary of the Cathedral Heights neighborhood. Cathedral Heights is of course named for the beautiful and historic National Cathedral. Technically, this is hidden on 39th St close to the intersection with Idaho. Bring those geocaching tweezers to access the log with ease.
