You must have found caches in at least FOUR continents. Some countries such as Turkey are physically in more than one continent. So for the basis of this challenge each country is deemed to be in just one continent as follows.

If you log a find for this challenge you must have met the challenge and your Profile or Statistics page should support your claim. You cannot use travelling caches (which are now archived) to fulfill this requirement. You must have actually travelled to the relevant continent. You can use this challenge checker to see if you qualify. If you do then you may want to use the output from it to evidence that you have met the challenge. Any logs that do not meet the requirements will be deleted.

If you DO NOT qualify, you can still find the physical container and sign the log, then post a 'write note' saying you have signed the log sheet but do not yet qualify. Once you have met the challenge requirements post a 'found it' log with the date that you completed the challenge and in the log reference the date of your 'write note'.
Logging Etiquette: Geocache hiders sometimes go through a great deal of planning to place their caches. As a result, they'd like to hear your feedback on whether you liked or disliked any aspect of the hide, or if you feel that some cache maintenance is required. Single word, acronym, or emoticon logs may be easier when you have a lot of caches to log, but it doesn't tell the hider or other finders anything about your adventure (or lack thereof) in finding the cache. Please keep this in mind when entering your log.
