The cache is in the Los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve. The hiking trail can be accessed from the parking lot for the Preserve off Sorrento Valley Boulevard. Please take notice of the joggers, hikers and more importantly the mountain bikers. This is a great spot view a trail intersection and take a break and take a drink of water. Wildlife abounds, just look for the scatt noticeable on the trails.
