Applying Geocaching to Education
This cache is a part of a pedagogic European Erasmus + project called « Geocaching - Minds on the Move ». Pupils and teachers from seven different countries (France, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal and Spain) have used Geocaching as an Educational Tool. We hope you’ll enjoy it.

Si tratta del primo tempio ebraico costruito in Italia dopo l’emancipazione degli Ebrei sancita da Carlo Alberto nel 1848. L’edificio testimonia la passata ricchezza della comunità Ebraica vercellese. Fu costruita tra il 1875 e il 1878 in stile arabo-moresco su progetto di Treves e Locarni. I colori della facciata si devono all’utilizzo di pietra calcarea bianca e grigio-blu.

This cache is part of a 7 cache trail in the historic center of Vercelli. You can discover them in sequence or choose the ones you prefer.
This is the first Jewish temple built in Italy after the emancipation of the Jews sanctioned by Carlo Alberto in 1848. The building testifies to the past wealth of the Vercelli Jewish community. It was built between 1875 and 1878 in Arab-Moorish style on a project by Treves and Locarni. The colors of the facade are due to the use of white and gray-blue limestone.
