To get this smiley, all you'll need is your walking shoes and a keen power of observation.
Below are 10 photographs, all taken within a block in downtown Albany:
Each photograph contains a number with a missing digit. In that number's place is a letter, 'A' though 'J'. All you need to do is to find that missing number (it's somewhere in that block!), and substitute it into the following formula to get the coordinates of the cache:
N42 AB.CDE W073 FG.HIJ
All numbers are in plain sight from the sidewalk; nothing is hidden, nothing is obscured. All you need to do is hit those streets and look around!
