Continuing on the Jacks walks caches- not in geographical order- this is the point where he gets put on his lead. There is a busy main road ahead and he likes to try and sink his teeth into fast moving vehicles. This path links up the woodland walks from Beveridge Park and The Mill Dam with the paths around Raith Lake and Oriel Road. It can be very muddy after rain.
YOU CANNOT PARK ON THE ROAD NEAR THIS CACHE. IT IS TOO DANGEROUS TO PARK HERE. I suggest parking in the Beveridge Park car park and taking in the other caches on the way to this spot. The tree cover meant that getting a GPS fix was tricky but if you look for a large tree with green spray paint on it, the cache site is on the opposite side of the path - ie the road side, towards Raith Lake , away from the houses.
I've moved the cache from the original description as the stump got broken. You'll need to poke GENTLY please on the top of the stump. Please stuff some mosss back in too, to help it stay hidden. You'll need to be discrete as this wee path can be quite busy at times with walkers.
