This is a little puzzle cache in honor to the Brigadier for giving so much time as MP. and giving this lovely park at Galmington to the people.
You will need to do a little research to get the final coordinates as well as a visit to his memorial stone.

2. How old was he when he died = EF
3. GHJK = 3000
4. Now if you go to the headline coordinates you will find the large rock with a plaque on, in his honour what number is in the last line of the text. = LM
