This can be a great commuter cache or it can be a nightmare, depending on what's going on when you arrive. Please be stealthy, and be careful as at certain times there are stampeding wildebeests either coming or going.
OK, one hint. It was pointed out to me that there are active stinging things under one of the yellow guide wire covers. The cache is not under a yellow guide wire cover.
