During my childhood, the caboose housed the Chamber of Commerce. I remember getting to go inside and it was so cool to be inside a train! The Chamber of Commerce is no longer located here and you can't go inside anymore but the caboose is still pretty cool.
There are public bathrooms located nearby along with electrical outlets. Although I have lived in this community my whole life, I examined the public bathrooms for the first time when I hid the cache. They are surprisingly clean.
Be aware that on Fridays there is a farmer's market in the afternoons in the parking lot right by the area. May require stealth.
The cache is a watertight box. Contains log, pen, and superhero pieces for trading.
