SOWPODS - It’s All About The Words

The Official Word List for players of Scrabble at tournament level goes through regular revisions to keep in step with modern usage as new words are developed.
The 2014 revision added about 5,000 new words, but one was special. A public competition was held to decide an additional new word that was to be added to the Official Scrabble Word List. Sixteen words made the shortlist from nominations received from the public. The shortlist included words such as Twerk, Cosplay, Derp, Onesie and Slumdog. All of these were rejected by the public who overwhelmingly voted to add the word GEOCACHE to the official word list!
This puzzle has been created to celebrate that event! All you need to do is work out what the numbers below represent and how they can be used to find the coordinates of the hidden cache.
