(PL) Gucin Gaj jest parkiem założonym w latach 1817-1821 na terenie historycznych dóbr wilanowskich. Ich właściciel - Stanisław Kostka Potocki dla każdego ze swych wnuków wymyślił prezent w formie rezydencji: dla Natalii - Natolin, dla Maurycego - Morysin, dla Augusta - Gucin. Ogród-pomnik w Gucinie w pobliżu jego dziś nie istniejącej letniej siedziby założyła żona Potockiego, Aleksandra z Lubomirskich Potocka w trzydziestolecie uchwalenia Konstytucji 3 maja. W ten sposób chciała ona uczcić pamięć męża i jego brata Ignacego.

Położono w nim okolicznościowe kamienie, wzniesiono obeliski i sarkofag. Drzewa w Gaju w hołdzie braciom Potockim posadzili m. in. Julian Ursyn Niemcewicz, Tadeusz Mostowski, Adam Czartoryski, Stanisław Staszic, Zygmunt Vogel, Samuel Bogumił Linde i inni.

Zaniedbany w drugiej połowie XIX wieku, uległ kompletnej dewastacji w latach ostatniej wojny. Ocalałe dwa pomniki w postaci sarkofagu i obelisku z urną przeniesiono w 1963 roku do parku w Wilanowie.

W 2011 roku pojawiła się inicjatywa odtworzenia gaju z założeniem upamiętnienia w nim ofiar katastrofy smoleńskiej, miałoby tam się znaleźć 96 drzew poświęconych ofiarom katastrofy oraz sarkofagi i obeliski nawiązujące do dawnego wystroju parku. Magistrat gotów jest sfinansować jedynie nasadzenia drzew. Nie jestem pewien, ale to chyba te sadzonki w pobliżu skrytki.

Kesz jest częścią luźnej serii „Conspiracy theory” na temat Teorii spiskowych. Logbook zawiera wskazówkę do kesza bonusowego. Wskazówką jest znak (W lub E) oraz odległość w metrach do jednej z Warszawskich loży. Nie zapomnij zapisać sobie znak i metry! BYOP!
(EN) Gucin grove is a park found in the years 1817-1821 in the historic Wilanów goods. Their owner - Stanislaw Kostka Potocki came up with a gift in the form of residence for each of his grandchildren: for Natalia - Natolin for Maurice - Morysin for August - Gucin. Garden-memorial near his now non-existent summer residence was founded by wife of Potocki - Alexander Lubomirski Potocki in the thirtieth Anniversary of May 3rd Constitution. In this way, she wanted to honor the memory of her husband and his brother Ignacy.
In the park the commemorative stones and obelisks were placed. Trees were planted in the honor of Potocki brothers by Julian Ursyn Niemcewicz, Tadeusz Mostowski, Adam Czartoryski, Stanislaw Staszic, Zygmunt Vogel, Samuel Bogumil Linde and others.
Neglected in the second half of the nineteenth century, has been the complete devastated during the last war. The rescued two monuments in the form of the sarcophagus and the urn obelisk were in 1963 moved to the park in Wilanów.
In 2011, there was a grove restoration initiative with the aim of commemorating the victims of the Smolensk plane crash. It was planned to plant 96 trees dedicated to victims of disaster and sarcophagi and obelisks referring to the original features of the park. Municipality is willing to fund the planting of trees only. I'm not sure, but I think these plants are already planted near the cache location. Cache is hidden near a path around the cemetery.
Cache is a part of somehow loose series „Conspiracy theory”. Logbook contains hint for the Bonus cache. The hint is a character (W or E) and distance to one of the freemason’s lodge in Warsaw. Do not forget to write it down! BYOP!
