In November 2016, I was walking along the canal tow path when I thought "That would be a good spot for a cache" so decided to check it out. Reached around with my hand and found one already there! Checked the log and it was blank so, knowing there wasn't a cache around here that had been published and I hadn't found yet, assumed it was a new cache yet to be published, so I replaced it and went on my merry way. Got a few hundred feet further down the path and thought, "I'll sign the log anyway", that way I can claim the FTF when it was published! So returned and signed the log and returned as found. I then waited & waited & waited for it to be published. Nearly two years have gone by so checked it a week or so ago and I was still the only signature on the log, so it's not the final of a mystery or multi that I haven't found yet, so I thought "It's a waste of a good cache" I'll publish it myself.
Does this mean that this cache can have 2 FTF's, me back in Nov. 2016 & then whoever finds it when it's published?
