As there is not even one Geocache here in this City it is time to add at least one.
You definetly need a car or something else to reach the place because it is up in the mountains about 170 meters high.The Cache is easy to find and you will have great view from there. It is near the waterreservate and you dont need to pass any borders or private grounds.
