Klynston View
WOW!
Sometimes you can feel really jealous of those whose house has such an incredible view. Looking NNE on a good day with the sun behind you in late afternoon, the view of the Lowther Hills indeed the whole of the east side of Nithsdale is stunning. Notable features include the NATS “golf ball” on the top of Green Lowther, with the Dalveen Pass (A702) cutting around to the right, and Queensbury, properly the Marquess of Queensbury, standing alone, slightly to the right, with Wee Queensbury in its foothills. The river Nith winds its way below you with Barburgh Mill across from the horseshoe bend, a well-known pinch point on A76.
This should be an easy find, a four-click plastic box under a stone.
No pen at the moment.
You can park up about 30m beyond the cache going north i.e. away from Glenmidge.
