Washington Lacy Park is an equestrian-friendly park with excellent trails for walking and biking. The Friends of Hanover Trails, a nonprofit citizens' group assisting with the conservation of natural, scenic and recreational trails within Hanover County, was a key contributor in these efforts.
The trails here are quiet and well-maintained however, after a rain, portions of the trail may be muddy and you'll have to walk outside the path. The container is an ammo box placed a short distance off the trail within Phase II of the park. At placement, the geocache has a logbook, pen, some kid friendly swag and an unactivated Signal The Frog FTF coin. You might want to spray down for this as the mosquitoes are robust and as always when caching in the woods, watch for snakes, spiders, and poison vines. Let me know if there are any problems with cords, enjoy the trail, and have fun!
*Congrats to Team_N for being the first to find!*
