This cache was hidden by grandchildren and great-grandchildren of Grandma Marie, who created cherished memories with her family on and around Europe Lake. We chose this spot so that her great-grandchildren and other cachers might also enjoy visiting the same paths where decades of memories were made during summer picnics, winter ice skating, and year-round hikes with Gram.
The cache is hidden along the shoreline of the lake. It should be accessible via clearly visible volunteer paths and/or deer paths off the Holz Trail, as well as via kayak or canoe (or ice skates!) if traveling on the lake itself. Please be mindful of nature and know that you will not need to stray off of any clear paths or through campsites in order to claim this cache.
