This is the first in an unfolding Girl Scout themed Geocaches in an effort to give troops more opporutnities to Juniors to earn their Geocaching badge. This will be an "in nature" series with an "urban" series coming soon in Salinas near the Girl Scout Center.
Of course this cache welcomes all cachers, but the series will be a "beginner" series to allow for troop leaders, camp leaders and newbies to geocaching to have some ease in their searches.
This cache was placed with my geo buddy South Pole Sara who donated the cache you are seeking. This location is adjacent to where Girl Scout Day Camp takes place each summer. If you have any GS or GS camp memories, please share in the comments. I often share those morsels with my troop which has happily adopted GC'ing as a favorite activity.
BYOP - there is not enough space for pen or trade items even though the cache itself isn't tiny! You'll see! ; )
Cache located INSIDE Toro Park; however, it is near enough to entrance you may walk in to avoid parking fee if you like.
