Another Halloween series in Frazeysburg! For the 3rd annual year we are placing our fall caches. Their will be 10 in all. They are all based on serial killers in Ohio. Have a great 2018! Andrew F Tyler, along with Daniel Heckerthorne(16) who was an imbecile, on 6-13-1847, killed David Schamp(7). Tyler talked Daniel into kidnapping David, smashing his head on a tree and covering the body with tree bark. Tyler then tried to get ransom from David's father. Tyler was a traveling fortune teller who checked out the houses he went into to see if they had any money. Tyler was hung on 1-26-1849. Edit: I've had a few questions regarding this cache. The first person there did actually make it to the last stage but did not find it because he did not want to bother with the dog. The dog cannot get to the cache and also is very friendly but likes to bark. The hint is for the first stage. The second hint I guess is don't be afraid of the dog.
