Welcome to the 2019 Pre New Year Event
Come join Gonefishen07 and Pprass to help celebrate the New Year.
This event will once again be held at the Family BBQ area at the Wonthaggi Coal Mine. This area is under cover with great BBQ facilities and a fridge to keep your stuff cool, with lots of tree cover and a few table and chairs. The Mine is a fantastic place to explore by yourself or bring the kids they will have a great time. This area has been set up so you may experience what it was like back in the early mining days in Wonthaggi. There is a shop/cafe that is nearby which will be open on the day .
We hope you will join us for a fun day. These events are a great chance to catch up with old caching friends and even make some new ones. We will have a some prizes to give away on the day.

DATE: SATURDAY 29 th DECEMBER 2018
TIME: 11 am TILL 1:30 pm or WHENEVER THE LAST PERSON LEAVES, BUT BE WARNED IF YOU STAY TO LONG YOU HAVE TO HELP ME MILK THE COWS
EVEN THOU THERE IS SOME SEATING PROVIDED PLEASE BRING A CHAIR OR A BLANKET TO SIT ON.
This year the cook off is back on
FAMILY FAVORITES
Get your thinking caps on, what is your families favorite dish? It could be a main it could be a dessert or even a cake. Create your family favorite and bring along on the day and let the attendees be the judge of your entry. Depending on the number of entries will determine how many categories there are. If only a few then will be one overall winner and a runner up.
Just a few rules
1: Your entry MUST be Homemade.
2: Your entry MUST be delivered covered. You will have from 11.30 till 12.15 to add your final touches to your creation if needed. We have access to fridges and the kitchen again.
3: Your entry MUST be ready at 12.20 so we can get the show on the road by no later than 12.30. All attendees are to judge your entry.
4: ALL ATTENDEES I suggest that if you have a food allergies you do not try any dishes or if you do it is done at your own risk.
5: Your entry MUST be submitted NO later than the 26th of December. To do so please email me at kilcundaheights@bigpond.com with what you are creating please.
