Geocache Description:

Clear Rubbermaid container with white top located between the second and third parallel washes of three. Approximately 1/4 mile from closest legal parking area. Beautiful vista of lake near by

A gentle downward trek through nice trees. Several areas of stone washes are hiked over. At the bottom of a long, stony wash, the primary trail curves to the right for another wonderful view. A secondary trail curves to the left. You will follow this and notice on your right that the wash continues. At one time water had cascaded over a large flat rock in its path. On the other side of this path, a beautiful sentinel oak tree hangs precariously by four thick exposed roots on the side of the hill. The cache lies inside the base of a rotted tree. Nearby lies a pleasant sunny little meadow. During the spring rains, avoid this cache site unless wearing foul weather gear and taking a change of clothes. Sugar Lump, Auntie Deb, & Cousin Bruce
