Better Call Saul is the prequel series to Breaking Bad. Like that series, it is filmed in and around Albuquerque. It tells the story how Jimmy McGill comes to be known as "Saul Goodman", the lawyer who put "criminal" in "criminal defense lawyer".
Park on Florida. Across the street is the real-life Walt's Top Shop, where scenes of Manuel Varga's upholstery shop have been filmed. Manuel's son Nacho works here, when he's not working as one of Hector Salamanca's and later Gustavo Fring's henchmen. Mike tracks Nacho down here early in the second season. Later Nacho spends all night making ibuprofen-filled capsules, then practicing pill-bottle drops into a coat pocket to swap out Hector's heart medication. Before the pill swapping takes full effect, Hector tries to get Manuel to use the business to smuggle drugs and money. Manuel throws him out.
