Geocache Description:

Town and Country Bowl

1962 - 1988

Opened as Peoria’s largest center with 40 lanes in August, 1962. Walt Sleva was the first manger, from Town & Country Bowl of Rock Island. Purchased by Don Seghetti in April, 1988. The bowling center closed it's doors in April 2011 forever. The building was finally demolished in 2017, making way for a Dollar General store.
