AN at Eucalypta Traditional Cache

Even though this is a cache in the Athena Noctua series it is different from the original ones that take you to abandoned places and special views in Cyprus.  The cache is near the Polis campsite with its beautiful beach and the Eucalyptus forest. The beach is small but attractive and offers the shade of the many eucalyptus trees. After we visited the forest in the summer of 2018 a fire broke out and destroyed many of the trees. Visitors of the campsite had to be evacuated. We are not sure the campsite is operational again (not in November when we placed the cache), but 'wild' camping is evident. It would be nice if the original campsite is restored in the near future as the trees are fantastic.
