A series of twelve caches with the theme of Twelve Days of Christmas. The caches are placed in fields and roads around Churchdown Village in a sort of figure of eight shape. The area is busy with dog walkers and pedestrians so stealth is needed. I was only able to place these caches due to the generosity of Ottergirl who gave up some of her caches for me. Many thanks to her. There is free parking at the start of the trail. The fields can be muddy at this time of year and boots/wellies are highly recommended. There are cattle around who have access to lots of fields so its hard to say exactly where they will be. They are well used to walkers and dogs and the times I have been there they have completely ignored me but obviously can't guarantee this. However if you are reluctant to walk in this area you can access number 2 and number 6 with out entering the fields. There is a nearby church micro at St Andrews that if you haven't already got the easiest place is between caches 6 and 7. Since I placed this caches and sent them off for review a new cache was published between numbers 7 and 8, the downside of this is I have had to move these caches further away from the new cache, the upside is you will have an extra cache to find making 14 in total.
