Well, it's officially a series now... There has been enough positive feedback with my Eye Spy caches that I have made a couple more. There is now a bookmark list for the series! They have been a lot of fun to create.
This puzzle will also take you to Prague. Instead of looking at structures, like my other Prague eye spy cache/, this cache will instead focus on people, mostly because of just how high resolution the photography work is here! I call this cache PoP, or People of Prague.

To determine the cache location, you need to do some looking around in the photo for some specific sights. None of the photos displayed on this cache listing have been altered.
A. Find this pretty face... If you look to the right you will see a tower with two years on it. What is the earlier year?
B. These people are undoubtedly enjoying the view out the window. Keep on moving up after you find them. You will see two alternating colours that are obviously what I am asking for. What is their AS?
C. I am choosing to interpret this image as a man CITOing... but who knows? Directly below him, there are individual small skylight style windows in a short row. How many?
D. Oh, the construction sites we can see into! Are these men building a fence, or standing guard? Above them, trucks have obvious dots. Take the AS of all the colours.
E. This man is literally fading into the background in this park. Perhaps he is watching the birds below. How many birds do you see? Note, don't go ridiculously far away looking for the birds. Let's say count the species of white birds within line of sight of each other, or within 10-15 M of each other, etc. If there is a blob that looks like it could be a bird of the same colour as the other bird, that counts. But not the flat blob between the rightmost and 2nd rightmost birds... That is a non-bird blob.
F. This person appears (to us) to be standing on a store. AS the first of two names of the store.
G. Find this woman. I'm going to guess her name is Debra based on her blurry name tag. To her right is a meeting point. Above and below the meeting point are two round, temporary objects (not on a sign). AS the common name of this object, ending in E
H. This woman does not seem distressed at all that she is walking with a headless man... Find them, and then look up for the AS of an item served hot and to-go. To clarify, you are looking for a single 4 letter word.
J. J is for Jesus! Can you find Jesus? Find the AS of the non-black colour on his backpack.
K. Well this is a different culture, for sure! Find her. On her right is something fine! Take the AS of that word as it is written there (Double check that your spelling matches the image!).
Final:
Add up your answers from A to E and call this X. The DR of X is 5.
X + 5074 = the last 4 digits of the North.
Add up your answers from F to K and call this Y. The DR of Y is 4.
Y + 2071 = the last 4 digits of the West.
