Geocache Description:

This is the formerly known as "Forest Through the Trees" cache

We took this one offline in the Fall of 2004. The container was very weathered after two years in the elements. My Boy Scout Troop (Lockeford Troop 223) gave it a new coat of paint, new internal waterproof containers for log and cache items, and a new name. This was all done as a project for the 49'er District Scout-o-Rama that was held at the Grape Festival Grounds in February, 2005. We delayed updating the Geocache site to give boy scouts who attended the event a chance to find this one first. A second year Weblos scout was first to find and got a very nice new Buck knife in a leather sheath. If you ever found Forest Through the Trees, this one is the same container and same location. There's a little more natural stuff around it now, but if you've been here before you won't be challenged coming back. Enjoy! The Trevena Family
