Positively 4th Street Traditional Cache

Keep your boot heels on the city sidewalk when you search for this cache.  Coordinates averaged from several non-identical readings, they should be close but this old beacon still has a lot of hidey spots.  No street parking here so it does not qualify as a park and grab. Stealth may be necessary,  BYOP - please rehide carefully to keep it safe from muggles.  Good luck!
