Geocache Description:

I created English sentences with google's translation software because I can not speak English Although it may be unnatural sentences, please understand

The Ookushi Shell Mound is designated as a national historical relic site formed in the Early Jomon Period(over 5,000 years ago)and recorded in the “Hitachi Fudoki”of the Nara Period. It is considered to be the world’s oldest shell mound on record.

The park offers the legendaryn15-meter high giant Daidarabo statue a “facility for viewing a cross section of the shell mound” where the shell mound is on display the “Jomon Museum of Seasonal Life” that exhibits unearthed relics, and other facilities.

I hid the cache near the Ookushi shell mound that passed through Daidarabo statue.

Do not forget to bring the pen, since it is not in the cache.
