Wheelchair Accessible Cache: Square Root of 196 Traditional Cache

This is the tenth cache in our Christmas Break Series 2018 which we stashed during our two-week long holiday break from teaching students with special needs (both Othello's Nomads are special educators).  This cache is suitable for children and for Geocache enthusiasts with limited mobility. This cache was placed with the help of a former student who goes by the name of Josef Jones.
