Cache is an ammo box on the Winona-Wabasha county line.
Located in the Trout Valley Unit of R.J. Dorer State Forest. The trail is classified dual-use ATV/OHM (all-terrain vehicles/off-highway motorcycles).
We walked. It was quiet and we didn't see another person on the trails at all... and it was really a beautiful evening! It's less than a half mile walk to the cache. The trail is wide and was pretty smooth when we were there. It's uphill a little, but not too far and not too steep. We went all the way to the top, but you don't have to. :)
