Monumental Micro Traditional Cache

Take a moment to visit the World War I (not Civil War) monument at the end of Summit Avenue and enjoy the river view from the nearby overlook. You will need stealth and sharp vision to find this camouflaged micro cache. It will be extra challenging due to heavy muggle traffic at this popular location. Bring your own writing instrument, watch your step since ground zero will be slippery when wet, please rehide carefully, CITO appreciated. Quick access from the bicycle/pedestrian trail and there is a small parking lot nearby.  Registered with St. Paul Parks & Recreation Department.
