This cache is unusual in that the longitude coordinates are given in the difference in time (UTC without time zones) from the Prime meridian. You must learn if you don’t know, and think about it if you do, to figure out where the cache coordinates might take you.
Those coordinates are:
N47d 06.064', and,
8hrs 3mins 0.268secs west of the prime meridian
