The cache is not at the posted coordinates which is a busy intersection.
The posted location and the final location are both located within the Design District at the edge of downtown Dallas. This area is an industrial-chic enclave which has numerous art dealers, showrooms, and art galleries. (Since solving this cache is somewhat "artistic" I thought I should put it near other things related to art.)
The instructions are simple. To determine the location of the final cache, you must color!
Use the chart of colors then color that corresponding number. Once finished, there will be a final location coordinate as well as some Geocaching images.
**Note due technical concerns and image quality, I have broken it up into three(3) parts which should help solve it and display it correctly online. Make sure you color them all and then place them with part 1 (top), part 2 (middle), and part 3 (bottom) for the full picture.

About the cache:
Parking is available on some of the nearby streets but not at the location.
There is small amount of space for trinkets or swag.
Keep an eye on any children or pets since this can be a busy area. Nor is it necessary to get wet. It is not wheelchair friendly.
***Note: The cache location is very exposed and is easily observed. Therefore, be careful when retrieving and replacing.
